The sun ... The heat ... The heat wave!
After a month of May and June rotten, Vancouver has found the sun and heat, with an increase of over 10 degrees barometer m'ssieurs ladies ... 16 degrees to 34 degrees in June last Thursday, there's no denying it's nice to show little tops, flip flops and sunscreen and go relax on the beach ... Beaches, day and night, never empty. This is the place where it should be after work to go show his big muscles and beautiful, because here it is crowded with kings of the gonflette. I know one who gives it des complexes mais chut !
Sea, sun and... heat!! Summer has finally arrived in BC... We were so desperate after two very wet and chilly May and June with a maximum of 16°C with no sun! I can't tell you how happy I am to wear again my summer tops and flip flops! Going to the beach again and smelling coconut sun cream all around... Beaches are packed night and day. Everyone is heading there for a BBQ with friends, while admiring the sun goes down... It is allowed to bring his own BBQ on the beach here but not to bring alcohol as it's prohibited to drink any on public places... Fun eh? Welcome to Canada! But don't worry, Canadians know how to beat the game...
Les Canadiens débarquent avec their mini-balcony barbecues, beach accessories for the occasion, and settle anywhere to cook the steaks in their burgers! Yeah! It's almost "sausage-party" on the beach ... but not "booze-party" because it is forbidden to consume alcohol in public (parks, streets, beaches etc. sniff!) Well, there's good way to cheat a little as you can imagine ...
Weather's fine, it's hot and I could "stay forever at the beach to watch the sunset and smell grilled sweetcorn ... Summertime in Vancouver!
So here, we say more ... must be nice, we moved against the trunks of trees to admire the sunset and smell roasted corn ... Summertime in Vancouver!
