So naturally, when our friends Brittany, Michael and Hong Nga, told us they were coming a few days in Vancouver, we were ecstatic! Hong Nga is the heart Yared mom, her mom adoption as he calls it. She has recently done him a tribute by making one of these characters in the manual FLE on which it is working. Yared dans un manuel de FLE ! Véridique ! lol
So you could imagine how happy we were when Hong Nga and Michel, our friends from Brittany, told us they planned to spend a few days with us in Vancouver! Hong Nga is Yared's adoptive mother as he likes to call her. She recently paid tribute to him in naming one of the characters of her latest French learning book after him! Awesome! Children will learn French with Yared! :D

Hong Nga Makes Friends With The Inhabitants of Stanley Park, Mr. and Mrs. (?) While Michael Squirrel Prefers socializing With A raccoon family. He aussi Enjoys Walking in the rainforest, admiring The huge trees. After snacking on Third Beach, We Got back home by walking quietly On The Seawall, Enjoying the stunning overview of Vancity!

on Bowen Island Getaway: bus to Horseshoe Bay ferry and 20 minutes to reach the island is 6 miles from shore. A real change of scenery just minutes from the urban world in which we operate and good picnic on the beach!
Leaving the urban world for more nature ... heading off to Bowen Island for a day. Taking The ferry from Horseshoe Bay and 15 minutes Arriving Later On this beautiful island, just 6 miles Away from the shore.

Visit the Downtown neighborhood and its famous Gastown Steam Clock, Chinatown and the Sun Yat-Sen Chinese Garden . Hong Nga was happy to find products that reminded him of Vietnam and we left at home after some shopping.
Going Downtown, Especially in Gastown to see and hear The Famous steaming clock! THEY really wanted to visit Chinatown WHERE Hong Nga Bought weird stuff from The Chinese blinds! It Reminded Her of Her native Vietnam ... and food was good though! Yummi homemade spring rolls!
Yared is the place ... Yo! Michel is in place ... everything is going! : P
